Our Blanc de Blancs ages 60 months on the lees. The dosage is zero, as are the added sulfites.
What we look for in this goblet is the expression of our limestone hills: minerality and structure. Even in lean vintages, where the fruit is less evident, our blend is capable of fully expressing the characteristics of this magnificent soil.

Enveloping bouquet that teases the nose with memories of candied citrus and white flowers, a prelude to more complex aromas of spices and roasted notes of coffee powder.
